Kinaya Organic farms Groundnut Oil is made from groundnuts which are produced organically at our farm by using cow dung and urine as manure. After Groundnuts are harvested manually, they are dried and undergo deshelling. The oil is then extracted in the traditional manner using a ‘Wooden Ghani’. This oil is rich in omega 6 and vitamin E and is a good source of antioxidants.

Our ghee is made traditionally using an ancient Vedic process of hand-churning Makhhan using a wooden bilona. In this process, first, we boil Gir Cows’ A2 milk and then set it into curd.

This enzyme rich curd is churned using a Bi-directional wooden bilona to produce Makhhan (white butter) which is then heated in an earthen pot over lighted cow dung cakes to create pure Gir Cow A2 Ghee. It takes about 30 litres of milk to produce 1 litre of Ghee.
