CRAFTED IN MOONLIGHT
Made on the full moon from Kinaya Gir Cow A2 milk, this ghee follows the complete curd-to-butter Bilona method and is slow-cooked over a traditional low flame. The lunar batch honours Ayurveda’s association of moonlight with Soma, calmness and sattvic nourishment.
Around thirty litres of milk go into a litre of ghee through a deliberate, curd-based craft.
SOURCE TO FINISH
The calf feeds first before the remaining Gir cow A2 milk is collected gently.
Whole milk is boiled, cooled and naturally cultured into enzyme-rich curd.
The curd is hand-churned with a wooden Bilona to separate white butter.
The butter is simmered for hours over a low traditional flame until clear and aromatic.
Finished ghee is filled in glass to protect purity and flavour.
